24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY! We accept same day appointments with NO RESCHEDULING ALLOWED.

We kindly ask that you give 24 hour notice to make any modifications to your appointment. Please call or text 424-274-6860 to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations on same day appointments result in a no-show fee.

NO CALL/NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN 50% OF THE SERVICE CHARGE. THIS IS A NO SHOW FEE AND DOES NOT COUNT AS ANY CREDIT TOWARDS SERVICES.

If you do not call ahead of time and are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, a $20 late fee will be added to your service charge.

For before and after-hours appointments (before 9 am and after 6 pm) we charge a $25 fee.
